Lovely View from Premium Room
central location quick pickup fine view cozy fireplace
i appreciated the quick pick up service the hotel provided from the train station. our rooms both included a fine view of the mountains from the balcony. the lobby with the fireplace was amazing to sit in.
the hotel was fairly busy. sometimes there seemed too few employees to keep up at breakfast or dealing with many parties checking in.

breakfast featured many tasty options and plenty of seating for everyone. Blankets were also available to use, very thoughtful. i love all the choices and variety they provide daily.

the hotel location is fantastic, located directly across from the First station. i could get to the station in under five minutes. Shops and restaurants were also very close by, convenient.

the hotel offers good facilities including a pool, sun terrace, steam room, and lounge bar. i found the pool clean. the gym also is a plus, well kept and maintained.

Acceptable Location but Some Issues

The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the First cable car.
The room lacked air conditioning. This made it uncomfortably warm, even with the heater off (I visited in the summer). Breakfast felt repetitive, with limited variety and no fresh fruit available.
